Q. What skincare routine should I follow?
A. We recommend that the following routine be carried out on the face and décolletage 1-2 times daily (morning and/or night):
- Cleanse with Refining Cleanser, using the Luxurious Organic Face Cloth
- Tone with Tone + Hydrate Spritz
- Repair with Repair Face Serum
- Moisturise with Ultimate Face Cream
Q. How often should I use the 2 in 1: Face Scrub + Mask?
A. For best results, this product should be used a minimum of 2 x weekly e.g. every Monday and Thursday. It can be used every second day to great effect.
Q. How long does it take to see results with Clémence Organics products?
A. In approximately 3-4 weeks you should see an improvement in your skin’s health.
Q. Are Clémence Organics products Certified Organic?
A. We are in the process of seeking certification from the Australian Certified Organic body. In order to do this we have ensured that all of our products contain a minimum of 95% certified organic ingredients. In many cases Clémence Organics products contain 100% certified organic ingredients.
Q. How should I store my products?
A. Since we use only the purest and highest quality ingredients, we recommend that products are stored away from direct sunlight and below 30°C. During warm weather, it is normal for balms to soften but this does not affect the quality of the product.
Q. What is the shelf life of Clémence Organics products once opened?
A. Once opened, Clémence Organics products should be used within 12 months. You will find the best-after-opening symbol (look for a small symbol representing an opened jar) printed on all packaging.
Q. Does Clémence Organics test on animals?
A. No our products are 100% cruelty free.
Q. Why do Clémence Organics use aluminium to package some of its products and is it safe?
A. We chose aluminium because of its lightweight qualities, suitability for travel, sunlight-blocking capabilities and its ease of recyclability. Lined aluminium has been used for many years in the food (e.g. soft drink cans) and skincare industry without any safety concerns. All aluminium containers we use are lined with an inert resin that prevents aluminium coming into direct contact with the products.
