Clémence Recycling Program

We care about our environment and know you do too, which is why we need to work together to make sure all of our packaging is properly recycled.

We are recycling our products with TerraCycle® via their Zero Waste Box solution. Once your packaging waste is returned to us, it is put in our Zero Waste Box then shipped to TerraCycle where it is sorted, turned into plastic granules and transformed into new products.

What we want you to send back to us:

  • Atomisers (from our Tone + Hydrate Spritz and Ultimate Biome Spritz)
  • Lotion pumps (from our 250ml Ultimate Hand + Body Lotion and 250ml Refining Cleanser)
  • Serum pumps (from our 100ml Refining Cleanser, Men’s After Shave + Moisturiser, Ultimate Body Oil, and Ultimate Baby Oil)
  • Droppers (from our Repair Face Serum)
  • White glass bottles (from our Repair Face Serum and Protect + Clarify Daily Face Lotion)

What we want you to recycle in your yellow curb-side recycling:

  • Recycled plastic tubes (from our Protect + Clarify Daily Face Lotion, Ultimate Face Creme, 2 in 1 Face Exfoliant + Mask and Lime Caviar Eye Creme)
  • Aluminium bottles and tins (from our Tone + Hydrate Spritz, Ultimate Biome Spritz, Refining Cleanser, Men’s After Shave + Moisturiser, Ultimate Body Oil, Ultimate Baby Oil, Ultimate SOS Balm, and Baby + Mum Balm)
  • Cardboard packaging

  1. Your used packaging must be clean.
  2. Packages sent to us must be clearly marked with your full name.
  3. This offer is open to Australian residents only.
  4. You must have a Clémence rewards account in order to claim the points.
  5. You must include your name (the same name you've used in your orders with us) somewhere within the parcel you send to us with your empty packaging.
